ASE 365 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

ASE 365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ASE 365 and its users.

To open an account on ASE 365, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number and email address.
• Your account is for your personal use only and must not be operated on behalf of another person.

To update your registered details, please contact customer support. ASE 365 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false information.

ASE 365 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. KYC may be mandatory in any of the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request.
• For large-value transactions.
• In cases of suspicious activity.
• At the time of claiming a bonus.

KYC verification typically requires:

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification is incomplete.

Deposits on ASE 365 can be made using the following methods:

• bKash: Minimum deposit ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per day.
• Nagad: Minimum deposit ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per day.
• Rocket: Minimum deposit ৳100, maximum ৳30,000 per day.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum BDT 500; processing may take 1–2 business days.

Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. ASE 365 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. Payments made under a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from ASE 365:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, if you contact support before processing begins, it may be considered.

Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

ASE 365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x). The terms for a particular bonus are detailed in that bonus's description.
• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used on the account to which they were issued.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• ASE 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets — is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on ASE 365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Each game and market has its own rules, which are outlined in the respective section.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, ASE 365 will make the final decision.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Minimum bet: BDT 10. Maximum bet: varies by game and market.

ASE 365 reserves the right to void any bets placed by exploiting erroneous odds or technical errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ASE 365. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under a false identity.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal transaction.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to hack the platform or carrying out any form of cyber attack.

ASE 365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal before closure; however, this may not apply in cases involving prohibited activity.

If an inactive account holds a balance, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted.

ASE 365 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We offer the following tools to help protect our members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
